1. About Mind Alchemy Institute

Mind Alchemy Institute (“MAI,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a transformational coaching and healing business offering Belief Coding®, manifestation coaching, Reiki, guided meditation, holistic coaching programs, retreats, and related services.

Our mission is to support individuals in releasing subconscious limitations, building self-worth, and creating meaningful personal change .

We are educators, coaches, and facilitators.

We are not a medical or psychiatric provider.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• You understand the nature of coaching and personal development work.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek immediate medical assistance from a licensed professional or emergency service.

3. Nature of Services

Our services are educational and transformational in nature.

They are not:

• Psychological therapy

• Psychiatric care

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

Belief Coding®, coaching, and related modalities are designed to support personal insight and emotional growth. They are not substitutes for professional medical or therapeutic care.

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

You are not broken. But you are responsible for your healing.

4. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

While many clients experience profound shifts, confidence growth, emotional release, or measurable improvements, results vary from person to person.

Your transformation depends on many factors, including:

• Your participation

• Your personal history

• Your commitment to integration

• External life circumstances

We provide tools.
You choose how you use them.

5. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

For programs with instalment plans:

• Payments must be made on the agreed schedule.

• Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to services.

• Outstanding balances remain legally due.

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of transformational work, refunds are not guaranteed.

If a money-back grace period or satisfaction guarantee is explicitly stated in a specific program agreement, those terms will apply as outlined.

For single sessions:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Exceptional circumstances will be considered at our discretion.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information with respect and discretion.

Personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential except where:

• Required by law

• There is risk of serious harm to yourself or others

• Disclosure is necessary for safeguarding purposes

Testimonials may be used only with client consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Mind Alchemy Institute, including but not limited to:

• Written content

• Workbooks

• Videos

• Frameworks

• Session processes

• Belief Coding® related materials

are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Share

• Teach

• Resell

any materials without written permission.

This work is powerful.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the site

• Copy or misuse intellectual property

• Post defamatory or harmful content

For in-person retreats, workshops, or events:

• Travel and accommodation are the participant’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

• We are not liable for travel disruptions.

• Participation requires adherence to venue rules and safety guidelines.

12. Health & Personal Responsibility

By engaging in any session, program, or retreat, you confirm:

• You are physically and mentally fit to participate.

• You will inform us of any relevant medical or psychological conditions.

• You understand that emotional processing may arise.

You remain responsible for seeking licensed medical or therapeutic support where necessary.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We collect only necessary information to provide services and improve client experience.

We do not sell your personal data.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise stated.
